WooCommerce built-in product importer · independent review tool
Find CSV review points before importing products.
Excel exports can change separators and product identifiers. Start with a copy, review the column structure and locate values to confirm before a store import. For existing-product updates, also compare ID and SKU against an export copy.
Check a CSV copy · up to 500 rows free
Use the built-in importer’s exact English headers. UTF-8, comma-separated, up to 64 columns and 1 MiB. Only explicitly simple products get price/stock checks. Original values are neither rewritten nor shown in the report.
Updating prices? Check ID and SKU against an export copy
Free, browser-local review of two UTF-8 CSV copies: each up to500 data rows,64 columns and1MiB. Use an unchanged export from the same store and a separate update copy. This tool cannot verify where or when the export was made.
It checks exact identifier correspondence, conflicting ID/SKU targets, repeated update targets and simple-product scope. It does not emulate the WooCommerce importer or choose a repair. Variations, GTIN-only matching, live records and database collation remain outside scope.

Need a row-by-row review you can hand to the store owner?
See the saved result from the same fictional example above: one local pair candidate and three rows needing review. It shows the missing ID, conflicting identifiers and a product outside simple-product scope. It is our own demonstration, not a customer job or a successful import.
What would a separate copy review contain?
An unchanged export copy and update copy; a row-by-row update CSV, export notes CSV, HTML/JSON/TXT reports, and a hash manifest. The scope prepared here is one store, two UTF-8 CSV copies, each up to 500 data rows, 64 columns and 1 MiB. Source hashes show correspondence, not source authority or freshness.
Store access, file repair or merging, price/stock decisions, importing, variations, GTIN and live verification are outside this scope. The existing KRW 14,900 CSV ZIP is a separate purchase and does not include this two-copy delivery service.
Prepare a scope enquiry before sending any real files
- List the header names, row counts and the update you plan. Start with two or three fictional rows.
- Confirm who may authorise the export, the store and export date, and who will review the row notes.
- Ask about fit, AI assistance, the full quote and platform charges, availability, corrections, acceptance and protected payment before an order.

WooCommerce copy-only review — scope enquiry, not an order I would like to ask whether a separate copy review is available. Your existing profile describes page-building; I am asking about a different scope. Planned update: [e.g. product prices; no customer records] Export: [row/column count, UTF-8; exact ID/SKU/Type headers?] Update: [row/column count, UTF-8; exact ID or SKU header?] Source basis: [same store? export date? authorised reviewer?] Review points: [absent ID / conflicting SKU / repeated target / other] Requested output: row correspondence, exceptions and a readable report with preserved copies. Desired date: [availability must be confirmed before an order] Please confirm fit, AI assistance, full quote and platform charges, schedule, acceptance, corrections and protected payment first. This does not include editing, merging, store access or importing. Start with headers and 2–3 fictional rows only. Do not send real files, customer/order records, credentials or confidential material in public.
Our existing Soomgo profile currently describes page-building. Ask whether this copy-only work is available; this link is a scope enquiry, not its page-building order or a new checkout. No fixed price, delivery date or acceptance is promised here. Platform access and charges apply. Please use a mutually agreed private channel only after data authority and handling are agreed. Do not post real files, customer/order records, credentials or confidential material in public.
Keep store matching separate from file checks
The built-in importer matches existing products by ID or SKU when you select Update existing products. This page never connects to a store, checks whether those records exist, or runs that update. A repeated SKU in this copy needs review; it is not automatically deleted.
Use the importer’s exact headers
The preflight needs Name. Optional columns read here are Type, SKU, Regular price, Stock, Published and ID. Custom supplier headers need manual mapping in the importer; they are not guessed. This preflight only checks price and stock when Type is exactly simple. Variants, attributes, parent links and extra product flags remain outside scope.
Decimal prices such as 9.99 are kept as text. They are not rounded to integers. Published supports 1 (published), 0 (private), -1 (draft), 2 (pending review), and the documented true/false values. Changing a file’s text does not prove its final store status.
Prepare the next step
- Confirm the reported rows against the supplier’s original. Correct a separate copy.
- For a supplier update, compare the incoming and current exports: free two-copy comparison. This does not match against your live store.
- Back up the store and test a small copy on staging. Check the importer log and open the resulting product to verify price, stock, status, options and images.
The general KRW 14,900 offline product CSV checker is for five-field checks with integer prices/stock and a single HTTPS image URL. It does not validate WooCommerce templates, decimal-price products or variant relationships. The same ZIP also includes a separate English WooCommerce simple-product companion for up to 1,000 rows/100 columns/2MiB, with decimal-price text review and TXT/JSON notes. It does not change the general checker’s integer rules or promise WooCommerce acceptance. The 500-row preflight and TXT download above remain free. Read the included companion scope before buying.
File handling
Files stay in this browser. No upload, account, file-content analytics or remote image request is added. Clearing the result or reloading removes the working copy. Do not use order/customer records, credentials or confidential data. The report lists row locations and headers, not original product values. This is an independent tool, not a WooCommerce endorsement or a promise of successful import.
Rules checked 9 October 2026 against WooCommerce’s built-in product CSV documentation. The problem context is a public CSV import support discussion; it is not a paying customer or a current job offer.
