SOS Inventory · owner-controlled acceptance evidence
HTTP 200 does not prove a work order exists.
A request can return HTTP 200 with a throttle error. Before relying on a batched sales-order workflow, compare the recorded application result, the intended item and unit quantities, and a separate readback of the same work order.
The official SOS API overview documents a minimum 500 ms request interval and a throttle message returned with HTTP 200. The Work Order contract uses existing referenced item/customer IDs and assigns new order/line IDs on create.
Compare one redacted observation
Use the exact small schema below: each line has itemId, uomId (or null), and a positive quantity string with up to five decimal places. Keep expectedLines separate from the observed result. Enter no customer names, contacts, tokens, headers or full logs. Extra fields are outside this checker’s scope.
applicationStatus is your recorded application outcome, not something inferred from HTTP 200. If it is absent or unknown, use “unverified”. The checker does not interpret a raw SOS export.
Editing or clearing removes the previous conclusion. Input and results stay in this page; nothing is uploaded or saved. Duplicate property names and ambiguous numeric IDs are rejected. This is not an anonymization tool.
Prepare the evidence before paying for a fix
- Agree the intended items, units and quantities independently from the failed output. Do not copy the output into the expectation.
- Record the HTTP and application outcome. Treat permission errors, throttle messages and ambiguous timeouts separately.
- Have the authorized owner read the specific order back and compare the same ID and quantities. This page performs no API call.
- Resolve unknown outcomes before any retry. A matching observation is not duplicate protection or an idempotency guarantee.
Need a human-reviewed Make handoff?
The existing proposed USD35 first milestone reviews one redacted exported blueprint, up to 20 modules and 256 KiB, with a source-location inventory and one agreed input/output checklist. Check current availability and written scope/payment arrangements before ordering. This is a proposal, not an accepted job or a payment link.
This free checker can help an owner define the checklist. The USD35 proposal does not include an SOS integration, account access, API execution, repairs or ongoing support. Those would require a separately agreed scope. No new paid product is activated here.

Actual SOS/Make account settings, trial write privileges, authentication, live transport, input completeness, business timestamps, stock changes, pricing, safe retries and customer results remain unverified. The original 2026-08-12 work-order request describes this business problem; later topic activity does not establish that the original buyer is still hiring.
